Described as one of Britain's best preserved medieval walled towns, Conwy Town and Castle were built in the late 13th Century by Edward I. It's a stunning drive from our house, through the Conwy Valley to Conwy Town.

Walk the Town Walls and visit the Castle. See Aberconwy House, or the 'newer' 16th century Elizabethan Town House of Plas Mawr.

Take a break at one of the cafes, restaurants or traditional pubs and spend the afternoon shopping in the boutiques and galleries.
