A reservation is confirmed when we receive your your booking. A booking deposit equal to one night’s stay is taken on reservation, and the balance and extras will be settled on departure.
Cancellation: Please do contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, so that we can try to re-let your room. If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival 100% of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of a no show, the full amount will be charged. If we are able to re-let your room, we will refund for the days re-let, less 5% to cover admin costs. We do recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Cash, bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa, Delta or Switch. Cheques by prior arrangement. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. Sorry, there will be no refunds for unused rooms.
